So I have been an avid Fitbit user for over 6yrs. Not a fitness fanatic but enjoy watching my health, weight, sleep, heart rate ect... Well I owned most of the Fitbits, charge had four of five versions. Charge 5 was dying within a day without GPS or notifications on, Fitbit CS said working on fix. Got tired of waiting and ordered Halo View. Not sure I would like it after Fitbit for so many years, but Amazon is my go to for all things and CS has been great anytime I needed anything, so let's try it. Haven't had a week yet but really liking the simplicity of the view and the app!! Sleep tracking is great, love the insights and encouragement. Activity tracking points per week seems so much better for activity and encouraging me to be more active, Thanks Amazon for another great product!! Here's hoping lots of great years to come!! I received this as part of a Promo for joining Planet Fitness. I was skeptical at first as to whether it would actually work. It’s incredibly easy to use (I am not tech savvy) it’s super accurate (had stats checked in my Doctor’s office) and has been the only thing that has consistently motivated me to get back to be proactive about my fitness.

The watch is a good size. I am glad I got the small band because it fits great. The way the band attaches is weird. I like that the emd of the band is tucked in but the end doesn't necessarily like to slide behind the band easily and because it is snug it is a bit tricky to get it tucked in sometimes. I don't feel it is reading my sleep accurately as it has cut an hour off my night a few time and says I wake when I am not. I have an Oura ring and though the ring is not always exact, it is reading my sleep better. The Halo doesn't seem to track naps either and because I have narcolepsy, tracking naps is important to me. What I like most about the Halo band is the exercise videos on the app. There are so many options and they are 10 min to 30 min in general. Many just need a mat, if you want one, but some use weights and other equipment. Their are so many options and if you need to modify the workout because you aren't quite ready for the ones in the video, no one is there to say you can't. However you can choose the style workout and intensity to work best for you. Over all I think the band itself needs some work but I do enjoy all the information that comes with it.
