I purchased this product after hearing about it on the Jocko podcast. I thought it may be a good substitute for some of the other pre-workout supplements out there that may cause cancer... I don't have high blood pressure but since i started taking this product, it increased my pressure tremendously. My pressure went from 129/79 to 150/102. I had head aches with this product and thank God I have a blood pressure monitoring machine at home that helped me know what is going on with the kind of headache that I had. When i stopped taking it my pressure went back to normal. However, as I tried it again my pressure went up again. I have to discard of the product. Now My pressure is back to normal.
