My old heating pad quit working. This one has amazing reviews. My old one had magnets that held the 2 sides together. I miss the magnets. I have major neck issues that affect my fingers. I find it very difficult to actually snap the sides together. Sometimes I can’t so I use a clothespin. I’m horrible about returning items because of my schedule or I would have sent this back.
