It was sealed with a sticker for safety that was much easier to remove than shrink wrapping. The label printing is illegible. Between the poorly contrasting colors and the miniscule font, it's nearly impossible to read even when using a magnifying glass. We suggest the vendor improve the legibility of the label and add another QR code that resolves to the product and supplement information. There is a QR code on the cap that resolves to a promotional offer. A good 180-day money-back guarantee from the vendor. A reasonable price when offered at about $20 at the time of our review. TL: DR - has significantly improved treatment resistant MDD, improved menstrual problems, improved libido and connection. May as well be magic.. I have lived with treatment resistant major depressive disorder and anxiety for more than 20 years. Any medication we tried only made things worse. I had resigned myself to living like this. I went to see my physician because my symptoms became acutely worse and I was no longer safe. She hesitantly prescribed yet another medication, but mentioned "off the record" that saffron was showing great efficacy, better than SSRIs, in double blind studies. I told her I'd try that instead as I had no hope for the prescription. Within a few days, it was magic. I had my full range of emotions, but they were situational appropriate. My fatigue was decreased, I was sleeping well, the brain fog lifted, and I felt better than I had in more years than i can remember. I love this product, ashwagandha has helped me so much. I take it every single day, without a miss. Consistency is key with ashwagandha. My mood has improved and I don’t feel the “heavy” mental feeling. I’ve also had more energy, which could just be from the improved mood but I’ll take it. This stuff is wonderful.
I think this is the second ashwagandha/saffron supplement I've tried and so far I'm really liking the combo. I've found that saffron helps make my mood better, and the ashwagandha has a relaxing effect, so the combination of both of them works really well together. It has Sensoril ashwagandha in it, which means that it's standardized to a high percentage, so it will have a better effect than ashwagandha that is only standardized to 5% or not standardized at all.
