Offers no kind of grip when placing it on a surface that's angled and will slide off. The finger print area is just weird. Not sure how to explain it. All in all, I would not purchase this again or recommend. Pay the extra and go with an Otter Box.

I loved to look and idea of this case and after 2 years with my current case I wanted something new.. unfortunately this was not it and the execution of this case fails.. the plastic covering the front felt cheap and had a ripple effect towards the top. The fingerprint reader made a dark circle in the plastic that drove me crazy and had a small bubble that would not come out so the reader would not read! So bummed because I really loved the look of the case!
The case seens sturdy though I have not gone out of my way to drop the phone or dunk it in yhe ocean to test it out! A couple of annoying issues: the charging port cover is very difficult to pry open, but the most frustrating problem is when trying to pull down the screen to open apps, it takes multiple attempts to get it to register. Kind of defeats the purpose of having the wrap around screen on my phone.
No customer support and fingerprint scanner doesn't line up accurately so you can't use it. And their support website doesn't exist.

Great case and helps protect my phone. I have accidently dropped the phone and the case has prevented damage. I love the wrist strap it comes with too, prevents me from leaving my phone. The case was easy to apply, simple directions and as stated, prevents water from getting to the phone. I have not attempted the fingerprint reader because I also have a screen protector on. The case does not distort the cameras and the pictures are beautiful. Great case for the cost.

I like the sturdiness of this case and It feels like it can withstand some punishment while protecting my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. I would have rated this product 5 stars; however, the case won't allow me to wirelessly charge my phone. I tried to change the position of the phone while it was on the charger, but nothing works. Now, I know it's not my wireless charger because up until I received this case, my phone charged without any issues. In addition, my phone was able to charge effortlessly when it was in the former case. Since removing the phone from the case just to charge it wirelessly seems like a major inconvenience, I am seriously considering sending it back for a refund. Too bad, it really seemed like a good product.

I waited a long time to write this review. I wanted to have ample time to really use this use this case and see whether or not some of the reviews were valid. Here's what I can tell you, the fingerprint reader will not work and the few times that it does work it's not worth setting it up. I went with using a pattern and that did the trick. Another issue is that you can't use the side bar because it doesn't detect your finger dragging to the left or even to the right for that matter. Trying to drag down the top menu was painful at best and most of the time I had to press down pretty hard just to do so. Another issue that I found was that it wouldn't recognize my face , the camera is covered with the plastic film and if it even had a smudge on it it was enough for it to not know who you are. It does keep the phone protected I will say that but a lot of features become unusable.. You can't do the split screen with the sidebar, you can't use the facial recognition, it's very hard to drag menus downward and and it says it's waterproof but if you try to put something in the audio Jack the protective Covering disappears and there goes that. Also trying to open the little doors at the bottom for the charger and the stylus was was also painful if you have problems with your hands. Honestly, I regret buying this case and I wish that I had listened to the reviews more. Please please do not bother with this case trust me when I tell you it's a Royal pain in the neck.
