After than less than 5 months, the machine died. It says the water reservoir is full, but it is not. We have drained it, dried it, blown it out via the drain, and reset it to no avail. Makes ice quickly but the bullet-shaped cubes are hollow they melt very quickly both inside the unit and in a glass. I emptied a tray into my freezer, and the all the bullet cubes froze together as a giant globule of ice. The clear top provides no insulation value and is a huge design flaw. The fan puts out a lot of heat and complete melted a stick of butter next to the unit. I researched several similar models and this one seemed like the best option. Very disappointed.

When I first started using my ice maker it was great but very noisy. I received my ice maker in August and started using right away. I got about a good 6 months use out of it before it started to stop producing ice. The sensor keeps saying that the ice basket is full when it is not, therefore, it won’t make ice anymore. So this product is not for long term use.

Worked fine for about 6 weeks. I went for ice yesterday and all the lights on the control panel were blinking. Fan starting and stopping. I can hear the mechanism running but no ice. The power button no longer works so the only way to turn it off is to unplug it. TOTAL waste of money.

Mine does unfortunately have an annoying thing it does it's constantly lighting up that it's full and it's not. It doesn't dump the ice far enough into the basket so the unit is feeling like the ice basket is full but it's not so we have to open the unit and spread the ice out so it will make more. I am happy withy purchase but will go larger next time I buy one.

It was a great ice maker, But I Bought it Feb 14, 2022, and it went out July 13, 2022, it lasted 6 mouths almost to the day. I only used it a couple days a week. some oil stared leaking in the water it appears and would not freeze anymore.
