I do love Wilton Fondant! It has a great texture for modeling. It can get a bit sticky! Just add a little cornstarch to you hands and work surface. Its nice to buy the red instead of coloring a white fondant red, because all that red dye can get messy!! And it can be hard to achieve a true deep red! this is a small amount - not by any means enough to cover a cake--- but great for modeling or accent pieces.
