I ordered these oil because I needed the blueberry flavor to flavor some blue glass candy. I read previous review and was a bit hesitant since some were good and bad. I decided to go ahead and order it to try it out. When I received them I was surprised at how small they and wondered if it would be enough for what I had to do. I opened them and they smell really strong. I put a few drops in the syrup, colored it, mixed it very well then poured it on the silicone mat. Once it harden I cracked it and tried it and was it had that blueberry flavor and it wasn't medicine like like some other reviews said. I also made some candy with the raspberry oil and it came out great as well. Since I was in a baking mood I had made some buttercream and decided to add a few drops of the lemon and it turned out great. I'm actually happy I ordered these and can't wait to keep experimenting with them.
