I thought that I was buying a replacement for an existing M&S Door speaker with bell button, the unit received is smaller in size and does not fit the mounting assembly.

Had these installed and for our environment, (loud diesel trucks) you can not hear what is coming out of the speaker. Can't really adjust the volume on these so drivers can hear.

Bought this as a recommended direct replacement for an M & S DMC 10 Door station. If you have the M & S DMC 10 system this will not just plug and play. That system has a CAT 5 punch down block..this has leads and no wiring diagram is included to retro fit this. I emailed the company a week ago and haven't heard back. Update 9/6/2016 Received an email from the company. This unit will not work with the DMC 10 system. Even though it has a push button and speaker like a typical door station, the company claims it will not work with the existing DMC system and a door station replacement is not available. I should have stuck with Nutone or Aiphone.
Out of the many many products I have purchased over the years this one is by far the biggest waste of money. After Amazon purchased it, it went downhill from there. Now, they are ‘moving to a subscription based service’. Another product going into the trash as I can’t imagine how to recycle this thing.
I made changes to my home to accommodate wall mounted and wired features. I got an email from the company to expect all of my purchase to no longer function. How terrible of a company to sell you something, knowing it will not function as designed.(still selling them on Amazon). I hope there is a class action suit to recover something.

They completely made my 4 nucleus's useless with the their update. Now I have to pay for a sub in order to use them?!?!?! Completely unacceptable!!!!!! Four Nucleus are not paperweights.. Cannot even used as a digital clock since they will no longer connect to the internet either..
I bought 12 units in 2016 ... stopped working properly in 2018... eventually talked to a new owner of Nucleus Care in 2020, he said that they do not support this device anymore and very soon will stop paying for this device to be a life at all... I still use them, even bought 2 more to replace 2 which out of service and will use them to the end of their days...LOL... I am very sorry to see how Nucleus Intercom goes away. It was a very good and affordable product 😥
