I like that the company advertises it it low in heavy metals and that it is mined in the US. If a product does not advertise that it sources it materials from the US you know where it came from. It tastes kind of earthy. I read one guy said he started at 2 drops a day and ramped up until he either felt positive or negative effects. I'm up to 10 drops per day and I don't feel anything bad or good but I will stay at 10 and keep taking it

They did nothing to help me lose weight unfortunately which I read iodine might help. I tried these for over a month and zero weight lossed although trying. On to the next thing.

my doctor cant prescribe the level of thyroid I need to keep my t3 and t4 levels stabilized. t4 were level but with out this supliment I couldn't get the t3 levels correct. thyroid speeds up my heart and I am in a fib and take meds to keep it slowed down. this supliment got my t3 levels on track.
I'm taking this as party of a Grave's Disease protocol my doctor gave me. This along with a lot of other herbs and supplements and my levels are back to normal. Iodine tastes nasty but I guess it's the price I have to pay. Would definitely recommend this product to others
