Yes, I know this is simply refined sugar with a name that makes it sound more "natural" than white sugar, etc. The difference is that this doesn't undergo the additional washing and chemical processing found in traditional white table sugar. So. is it healthier? Not really. Having said that, this does make me feel less guilty about adding sugar to my coffee in the morning... and I am OK with that : )
