Taste like weed
Shouldn't have gotten this but not because there's something wrong with it, just doesn't mix well into other things and doesn't taste good but uncooked kale doesn't taste good to me anyway... I'm not sure how to rate this one
This kale powder has a slightly sweet taste and I found it to be an excellent addition to our homemade smoothies. It could easily be added to soups, baking or even sprinkled over oatmeal. When I removed the brown cap off the top, I did see kale powder residue and was concerned that my container was already open. Closer examination revealed that the seal was intact so, I imagine some powder spilled at the factory when they were filling the container. The $11.49 price seems high for 7 ounces but I would still recommend this kale powder.
You get a cardboard jar filled with 7 ounces of organic kale powder. There is a seal under the lid. The powder is pretty fine, and it tastes like kale. Basically, it's what I expected.

I love everything about this product. It taste great, and I’m enjoying my omelette’s more by adding OMG. I also add bell peppers and onions. I think I will add mushrooms next. The product is soft and smooth. And the packaging is great. Thank you for a wonderful product.
I am very happy to have this organic kale powder to put in my morning smoothies. I really like the idea of having a green smoothie with lots of potassium and carotenoids besides my protein powder, fruits, yogurt, and coconut water. I am also pleased that this kale powder goes into solution in my smoothies so easily. I put it in toward the end of my smoothie making process so that it gets blended in easily by the blades rather than sitting at the bottom of the smoothie cup in a possible glob. However, I am a little confused about the labeling of this product. The online label shows that 2 T. of kale powder is equal to 50 calories, 4 grams of protein, and 5 grams of fiber. It shows that this provides 470 mg of potassium. The online label also shows 13 servings per container. However, the label on the actual bottle shows that 1 T. is equal to 0 calories, 0 protein, and negligible fiber. The bottle states 2600 mg of potassium per serving and 23 servings per container. I am going to assume that the label on the bottle is accurate. A photo of the actual label from the bottle is included in my set of photos. The only other thing I would say needs to be changed about this kale powder is that the packaging is a mess to deal with. It is basically a cardboard cylinder with a cardboard top. Trying to pry the top off is a trick without spilling kale powder all over. The kale powder is very light and blows around easily. I ended up pouring my kale powder into another opaque storage container where it will be much easier to access. Based on the labeling on the actual container, I would definitely recommend this kale powder to others. So far I have only used it in my smoothies, but I will try adding it to clear broths when making soup. I would normally give this product 5 stars, but due to the labeling issues, I am rating it 4 stars.
