It looks well made but I didn't realize the side where you slide the glove box in stays open like there's no lid or anything to close it after you put the glove box in, which means that it will likely slide around and potentially fall out, and that dust is more likely to get inside. This definitely won't work if you were considering completely getting rid of your glove box and putting the gloves directly inside. Just to give you an idea, you would have to store it the long way vertically to avoid the box coming out.
