I'll keep this brief: if you're currently or contemplating taking nootropics (piracetam, aniracetam), then taking a choline supplement is a must if you're choline sensitive. The next day I ran to GNC and bought their choline bitartrate supplement. It dampened the oncoming headache, but I still didn't feel great. This pattern repeated itself for a few more days. I was also panicky. I did some more research, and people who ingest nootropics HIGHLY recommended taking Alpha GPC in conjunction with one of the -racetams. I was sick of the headaches, so I figured what the heck, I'll try it. Between this product and a competitor's was nary a price difference, but since I've consumed Jarrow products before and know they're high quality, I decided to go with Jarrow. I IMMEDIATELY noticed a difference when taking this product with aniracetam. My concentration greatly improved, and I would sit down and work for an hour without even thinking about it. The concentration effect lasts for 4-6 hours. I was also a little panicky before on 750mg of aniracetam, but anxiety is now suppressed. But best of all, no more headaches. In short, get this product if you desire to dabble with any of the -racetams and are choline sensitive. To find out if you're sensitive, start consuming one of the -racetams, and if you get a headache within the first few weeks, then you'll know.

For me, this is a smooth transition into optimal brain power, without a big comedown or aftermath. I take it a few times a week (but not every day), and usually only once per day (in the morning). These pills are gigantic ! I was having trouble with plugged ducts while nursing my son. So after a little research and a call to my ob I decided to try these.
