This product is not usable. I have worked with DoTerra oils before and something is wrong with this product, which I ordered online. I did not even open it because I could see that it was a solid, not a liquid, through the glass. I have tried to reach out to get a refund with absolutely no reply!!! What a waste. Next time I'll just light my money on fire. Really disappointed.

I use this oil when I'm started to feel sick. I diffuse it once a week throughout my house in cold and flu season and if I feel like I'm coming down with something I take one drop in 4 oz of water. It smells like oranges and cloves and spice. I really enjoy the smell of it and I think it's a great alternative to cold medicine.
This is the second bottle we are on. My boy loves the scent and I put it on the bottom of his feet and behind his ears before bed every night.
