Love the product, Although not mentioned; this particular model (B200) will also work for curve glass installation, to get the equivalent in a name brand will cost 3x the amount. I would like to see a thicker carrying case, but I suppose if your going to cut cost, better to do it in accessories instead of the product. Overall I'm very pleased withmy purchase, I will be purchasing more of these as my name brand cups fail. Curious to see how the brands HD cups work!

This thing worked well on a very heavy window...
They worked great out of the box, they looked refurbished and not new, I didnt mind and tested them, they worked great with 24x48 ceramic tile, after a month of use they started to loose pressure faster and faster, yesterday they dropped a tile on me and the installed tile, I'm not sure if the valve is defective or the parts they use are cheap but they are dangerous, the tile does not weigh as much as the max weight for the 10 inch units. Unfortunately the return window closed the 25th of March and I can't return them, the best I can do is relay the message to my brothers and sisters in our industry, my personal experience is that this product is dangerous and the damage will cost way more then what they are worth, so buy an expensive unit that is made in America.

I bet my sister $50 that I'd go around our neighborhood and clean up trash. I am now $50 richer and we go out every month to tidy up the streets around our apartment. These are good to use, very easy and the grippers are way better than I thought. Good for tiny items but open enough for larger things. I do wish the grip was easier to squeeze as it gets tiresome after a while, but overall great! Curious how this will hold up.

I love how these fold and the pistol grip feels nice in your hand while using. You can pick up small items as well as large. However, they break fast.
I initially bought two and our installers used them. So I bought two more. Within a month the first two failed. It’s not like the installers didn’t know how to use them. Pay the extra money to get the good ones. Saving a few bucks isn’t worth any type of injury.
