It does the job but setup is weird because it allows the knuckle bones to collect against the plate between the blades and gums up the meat. Have to stop frequently to scoop out knuckle bones, and I would rather grind them for the mixture. Gets gummed up far too often for my liking and it's very messy having to take the apparatus apart to clean it out during grinding. Overall not completely satisfied.

This is best for liquid drinks. The blades are not built to blend fruits. It could not even fully pulverize ripe watermelon. The mini ice cube tray is very helpful since the mouth of the bottle is small. I would not rcommend.

I purchased two blenders, I gave one as a gift. This blender has been a game changer for my smoothies. I put the ingredients in, pack it in my bag, and when I’m ready for my drink, I add ice and blend it. I prefer using crushed ice, makes blending a bit quicker.

Worked like a charm on its first deboned venison shoulders and hams. Used the wagon wheel, then fine grind. The white shell is plastic and the blades aren't stainless, making for a little higher maintenance. Price is right for someone processing one or two deer a year like me.
Just wanted to add this note about appliance color for those of us who may wish to have some coordination in the kitchen. The STX-3000 we received today is a light lavender, not off-white or white. Just so you know...?
