I really haven't had much of a chance to use this bag yet, but I wanted to write a review now because I almost didn't buy this bag based on other reviews that said that the insulated side pockets are partially blocked by a plastic piece. I wanted to use these side pockets not only for bottles and sippy cups, but also for my own personal water bottles and for a thermos that I use to carry warm water for mixing formula. If the plastic piece sticks out, as the reviewers said it would, I wouldn't be able to fit my water bottle or thermos in. Everything else about the bag seemed amazing, but this one aspect of not having the full-size side insulated pockets almost turned me away. I'm really glad that I ordered the bag to see for myself because this plastic piece is not an issue at all in the bag that I received. I can place full size water bottles, my thermos, wide mouth bottles, sippy cups, etc with no problem at all. Skip Hop must have either corrected the problem or maybe the reviewers who had this problem had flawed bags? Also, regarding the reviews that said this bag is very top heavy and tips over all the time, I will agree that is true, but it is also true of the Skip Hop Duo, which I used for 2 years and absolutely loved. Prop it up against the park bench, a table leg, the wall, whatever. It's not annoying enough to deduct a star in my review. 12/15/14 Update: just wanted to give an update on how well this product held up. The diaper bag itself held up well, but I was using this for 2 kids and it just didn't work well for very long. With 2 kids, you really need your hands free and you're loading up the bag with so much stuff. It gets heavy and having all that weight in a diaper bag on your shoulder is uncomfortable. I eventually ditched this bag and just went with my old college backpack, which worked so much better! It's funny that I spent so much on a diaper bag and in the end, the old backpack in my closet was the best solution. Although I did really like that I could attach this diaper bag to my stroller handles and use the bottle holders for my own drinks. It made it so I didn't have to buy the cup holder accessory for my Baby Jogger stroller.
For the most part, I like this bag... The materials fee durable, except for the zipper. Less than 5 months of use and I have two defective zippers that no longer work. For the price, working zippers should be inevitable... evidently, it's not.

I love this purse as a stroller accessory bag. The top flap is a little awkward for me to want to use this as a diaper bag or convert to a crossbody purse after baby grows up. the faux leather is buttery soft. the features are EXCELLENT with maximum storage for a tiny bag. The crossbody strap is too short to cross your body, and the leather is a bit too buttery smooth to comfortably carry as a long shoulder strap (especially with kids)
Be aware, when buying this product, it is a small size like it shows in the pictures. I wanted a small size diaper bag and this was just perfect for that. I have a toddler in potty training phase right now so I use this for keeping extra wipes, pull ups, undies and extra clothes and maybe snacks or milk. I use it as a cross body and and carry it with me for running errands. It fits in my small car to save room. Very stylish and love the color. It is great quality leather.
