I purchased this for what it was intended, to make the process of browning ground meats easier than with a wooden spoon or spatula. My only complaint is that I didn't buy one sooner. It makes the job so much easier. Since it's plastic, it won't scratch up non stick pans and it's sturdy enough for cast iron. Cleaning is easiest with a brush. I'd definitely buy it again.

My daughter is the most accident prone kiddo-she can cut herself with a plastic apple slicer. She loves to cook and help me prep but was always terrified of cutting herself. Enter these knives! She loves that she can help cook and prep without the fear of cutting herself. And I love that she can help me and we can have the special one on one time! That being said they don’t cut some stuff-tomatoes being one. They do cut most things beautifully though.
