The quality of this product is far superior to others online or in-store. Its flavor is complex and it has a wonderful mouth-feel. It is an excellent pairing with raw cucumbers. A bit pricey, but worth it, in my opinion.
The picture made it look so good but honestly it is sooo bland. I added more soy sauce and spices to try to make it a little better but this is not it.

This isn't bad at all I just like my noodles thinner than these, I know they're supposed to be thick. The soup flavoring is great but you might want to use a bit less water than is called for, just my taste or the usual just barely enough flavoring in meals like these. Overall I think Annie Chun's does a great job with these, I totally ditched the shin soup bowls for these and am glad I finally tried Annie Chun's, the noodles are precooked and sealed and the sauces are excellent and you really must use a microwave for these for the best experience/results, I bought one finally just for these. They are addictive!
I love these noodles. I think they make a really fast, filling lunch and they are delicious. However, the miso noodles seemed a bit weak to me. But I put in a tsp of soy sauce and it fixed that issue. (I guess they want to hold down on the sodium and I get that.) To make these noodles, you refresh them in hot water, then microwave a freeze dried cube of scallions, seaweed and soup base, along with a packet of white miso (shiro miso) and some water (after you've drained the hot water used to refresh the udon.) That's it. Takes about 2 minutes total. If you have no restrictions on salt, save a packet of soy sauce from Chinese takeout and you can doll up these noodles to suit your taste. I like the texture. They are slurpy and chewy-good. I never even leave a drop of the soup behind.
Loved the quick and satisfying taste of this product, made me feel like I was at my kitchen table back home. Thanks for your prompt shipping and support.
