Called at list 10 times and each of them promising to solve the problem and it's been 2 months and the problem still haven't been solved. One of them even asked to leave a good customer service review right away because he issued my refund but he actually never processed it. It's always better to buy it at the store instead of dealing with Amazon. Very disappointed with this company.

battery does pretty good with good power as far as lasting the battery is good for all day i would say it goes about 12 miles on a full charge . the body is firm and stout it good for about 265 lbs and it was real easy to put together anyone can do it . no skill required .i like it smooth ride

Battery would never hold a charge…only used once a month for Cason one battery wouldn’t hold a charge! Has been a nightmare to return….$375.74 to ship back!!! Horrible for an elderly woman fighting a nightmare sickness

I purchased this for my mother. She can walk, but has a lot of difficulty. It was very easy to assemble and disassemble. Light weight. I love that the chair swivels around. So, she can easily get in and out. The battery is just a like heavy, but not bad. Great chair! I would recommend it.
I really didn't know what to expect from this unit, but was pleasantly surprised. I purchased this for my father who is 90. It is definitely too heavy for him to lift in car, but that's what kids are for. It will fit in most crossovers and SUVs. It is very compact. Controls are simple and it seems to move faster than 4 miles an hour. The unit is very stable. I would definitely recommend this to someone that can't walk or stand for long. My father really likes it.

My Dad is 6’2” tall with long legs and was not able to comfortably sit on the scooter due to not able to fit his feet on the base and his legs were up too high when he put his foot on the foot rest above the wheel. I have Amazon prime and the scooter company is charging a restocking fee and shipping fee which was not mentioned in the information section. Very disappointing. If I had know this we probably would not have purchased from this company.
