These ended up working GREAT! They are indeed waterproof, they kept up and stayed in tact through the entire ten day trip. I used them on glacier hikes, lava hikes, rocky hikes and walking behind waterfalls. I wore them every single day and they never made my feet hurt. I'm usually a size 7.5, I bought these in a size 8 because I knew I would be wearing them with thicker socks. Fit comfortably and were durable.
Soles are too soft. Feels like you are almost barefooted if you step on a rock or nut while raking leaves. Would be fine if you are always on paved surface. I would return them but I have worn them to work in.
These are comfortable and stylish. They are durable and the sizing is accurate. They provide good traction in the rain and the mud. Good product for a good price.
The Wine color looks beautiful. WHAT do people expect for the cost of inexpensive boots? Of course, they are all show no go. Inexpensive boots, shoes are for the days to shop, run errands, etc,. They are not designed for climbing, hiking, working all day in construction, or on a cement floor. Don’t be so rude and critical of $35.00 boots. They are of the same quality of boots sold at Walmart, K-Mart, Payless Shoe, etc. You get what you pay for.
These boots look really good. They came with the patterned laces but also with a plain black pair if you want to change them. The patterned laces look great though. The light color on the bottom and the hardware combine nicely with those laces to contrast the black boot in a way that looks really clean. Fit was true to size, there is room enough to add an insole or thick socks and not be too tight. They aren't the highest quality, built-to-last boot, but they are good enough to get and be happy with.

They do fit true to size. The material is a little thin but has good flex and they aren't stiff. Came with two sets of shoe laces. I prefer the black ones over the white.
OK, these are SO cute! They are a classic black workboot style, but the holes have gold octagon shaped metal pieces that add some fashion and edge. They have been really comfortable, thought i haven't walked a ton in them yet
