These are pretty beefy and substantial. Kinda heavy and hot but hopefully offer good protection.
I tried many 20 dollar versions of this...Just didn't work or fell apart. This is comfortable and keeps you from getting "Monkey Butt" You don't want that on a day 1 of a 6 day dirt bike ride. Size wise, It ran a little small so I got XXL I'm between a 36-38 waist. Been out for the last 6-8 weeks riding and it's holding up fine!

I bought this for my son to do motocross. It's a nice collar, but I think it's more appropriate for kart racing. He found it slightly uncomfortable and limited his ability to turn his head a bit.
The first time I was using it, first big crash, So glad to have it on, it save my shoulder. I would like to have some protection on the sides too! But it really works!!!

Long overdue gratitude this product saved my son from breaking his neck at the time he was 7 years old and was riding a kart he was making a u-turn that he had on the track and when he was coming out of the turn he got tire with tire on a kart that had run and I was returning to the track at this time, my son's kart did a 180 degrees falling upside down and did nothing to my son's neck now he have 18 years
