The attachment of the sprayer nozzle to the mixing unit isn't sealed so most of the foam falls to the ground rather than out of the sprayer nozzle. The first time I tried using it I figured I must have assembled it incorrectly so I disassembled it and reassembled it, hoping for better results the next time. No such luck; about 1/2 the foam dropped straight to the ground rather than being sprayed onto my car. By this time, though, it was too late to get an exchange from Amazon so I contacted the manufacturer. My complaint didn't seem surprising to them and both of the Chemical Guys CSRs I've spoken with over the last month have offered to send a replacement. The first CSR took my shipping but never followed through. The 2nd said he'd take care of it himself and while it did take more than a week for a replacement to be shipped, it is now in the mail. Time will tell if the replacement works as advertised.

***UPDATE*** Yes it’s trash, but I have been using it for the past year or two. I had used a higher quality all steel hose gun and installed a quick connect end on the tip of it. This allowed me to use this sprayer for another year. But just this past week 9/4/21, the quick connect male part on the foam gun, now leaks, and now precious water pressure is lost. This has rendered this piece of trash completely useless! I have UPGRADED to Girot’s Garage foam cannon. So long Chemical Guy’s, you have lost a loyal customer! #byefelicia 😒 ***ORIGINAL REVIEW*** Absolute waste of money. This nozzle broke within first month of ownership! I set the nozzle down and it landed on the trigger and the trigger snapped! This was due to the bias of the water hose it curves and forces the hose to lay a certain way. We all deal with this. But to charge your customer base nearly $50 of something that probably costed them $8 to make from China, is an absolute disgrace! Won’t be buying this product from Chemical guys until they change their supplier. I can’t imagine professionals using this product day after day. It’s so cheaply made it won’t last. But I guess that’s the Chemical Guys business model - make cheap products, over charge customers, design cheap product to break, have customer come back one month later for another cheaply made product. Rinse and repeat.
What a great car wash foam gun. Works as expected. Use the Citrus Wash and Gloss in this container for outstanding results.
It worked pretty well the first time I used it. Water now leaks between the nozzle and soap bottle. I asked for support on the Chemical Guys website but I didn't get a response. $50 wasted. I'd recommend against buying this item.

I expected more from the product. Set up was easy but the amount of foam was allot less than I expected. Using same companies foam cleaner specifically made for this item, I found it a waste of time. Didn't seem to break down dirt on my vehicle. Doubtful I would waste the time to use again. Live and learn.
