Nicely built and big! Only issue is when tipping over to empty I wish the oil drained a lot faster. That's a function of the spout I guess. I made a mess by tilting it too much, defeating the whole purpose of that spout. Incompetence or not, I wouldn't have had that issue using an open, spoutless pan. Otherwise it is solid.
