My son just simply did not prefer these pacis. I ordered the bibs brand and he loves them. He is an exclusively breastfed baby. They seem like a good paci.
My baby was born 5 weeks early and spent some time in the NiCU. These were the only pacifiers that are the perfect size and shape so he didn’t gag on them. I am breastfeeding and he didn’t have confusion or problems switching between the two. Three weeks later he still loves them and I have ordered some more!

There are many reviews complaining about the inconsistent sizing.. the natural rubber on the pacifiers DOES expand over time, which is why Bibs recommends replacing the pacifiers every 6 weeks. If you wait longer, the rubber does expand significantly and your baby will get used to the nipple size and may reject the replacement. This is not a “flaw” or “knockoff” pacifier. It’s user error. :)
