I've always used a scrap piece of cardboard or a piece of plexi to mix filler or a paper plate for epoxy in the house, but this mixing board is EPIC! The sheets are attached on two sides to keep it from flopping while you're working with it and prevents the wind from catching it and making a mess. The size is perfect for multiple small jobs or one big messy one. It's easy to hold in one hand, even with smaller hands. The sheets don't leak through, so you're only mess is the current sheet you're on. I waste less time finding a clean spot and more time on my body work (or whatever project I'm doing). This is a great find and my dislike is not having found it sooner.

The paper used is pretty flimsy and not completely flat. If you are using metal spreaders you will find it catching on the puckered surface when mixing your putty. The plastic spreaders seem to work okay without ripping the thin paper but still may grab while mixing. Hold the loose end down to prevent that. Kind of a pain. Probably won't order again.

When these arrived they seemed fine. I didn't need them that day or for a few weeks since I had stock left and was just adding to what I had. When I opened them a few weeks later discovered that the ink hadn't dried yet when they packaged them and there were two stacks of permanently fused cups. Trying to get them apart just ruined them. I salvaged about 10 that came apart and the ink hadn't smeared and found that the graduations were not accurate or consistent. 8 oz on one cup might be7 or 9 ozs on another. Just buy a different offer. These are just a waste.
These measuring cups are usually pretty simple to use but these cups are stuck together in original packaging and will not separate! I would return them immediately, except my window for returns has already closed (I bought these before I ran out of others). Everyone of the cups are stuck together. If I try to separate, I end up cracking the cup. Horrible!!!
