It's not black, it's a very dark charcoal at best. Otherwise, great paint. I used it on my glove compartment door to clean up the scuffed plastic and it is the perfect color to match the dash. I've used it on the lower fascia of the body panel with no issue. It's just not a black so you need to know that.
First coat started to go on ok, but Midway through the paint just spit out a few big globs of paint and then completely stopped working. There was basically no air in the can. This stuff is probably many years old. This paint ruined my whole project. I had to resend my project down again and buy a better quality paint. This was very disapointing.
Does not atomize well, instead of the usual triangular pattern, you get a small cloudy mist and it splatter too. The nozzle is total crap. I was only able to get 3 coats on 2 small motorcycle parts about 10x3”. Would not recommend at all.

I seriously could not tell the difference between this paint and what you get at Home Depot.
This is not quite black. More of a graphite grey with a hint of blue. The paint definitely didn't match the cap. However, the nozzles on all the cans I used worked great, and only spat a couple times, usually near the end of the can't life.
Not very dark. I have a black dodge Dart and this paint did not blend well with my existing black. Looks more grey. If matching is not an issue than I think the product is fine. Sprays nice.
Just like it's called, it was a perfect match color wise. Paint is pretty thin coming out of the can so be careful not to get runs. Will need a clear coat if you want a high gloss shine. Otherwise, great product!
