very difficult to lift panels from above, maybe because I am shorter, but it did not make the job much easier at all.
I loved this thing until it snapped lifting some 3/4" MDF. Just glad my toes weren't under it. It's a real life saver and well made with the exception of the glass reinforced plastic arms that aren't up to its designed task. Buyer beware.
