These as with other flushable wipes, to me, are intended to supplement and heighten the cleansing processes used for personal hygiene post defecation. VERY personal topic . . . as such, these aren't absorbent so are not intended to be the "first pass" at cleaning your privates. Used as "second pass", they are very effective, even using in the single layer state. If you have LOTS of folds to dig through to get to the "dirty area", you probably need to just use a wash cloth.

I ordered the tea tree wipes twice and was sent unscented ones in error both times. No matter, they weren’t that good anyway. These wipes rip apart very easily and are not very large, and not very moist. They are about a half star above dollar store quality.
This is a set of 3 packages (48 wipes each) of bathroom wipes. Good: - The smell is pleasant. It is a combination of mint, eucalyptus and tea tree. Which kind of mint is not specified on the packaging. - They are soft and just wet enough to make wiping very clean. - The size is reasonable and the material is heavy enough for its intended purpose. Mixed / You Decide: - This type of packaging is a mix. My experience is that one needs to use all of the contents before it dries out. - One of the wipes began to tear during removal. - Reading the packaging carefully, it is indicated to ONLY FLUSH ONE WIPE AT A TIME. If you are using large-building plumbing, flushing may not be an issue. Our plumbing is too old, and I've heard too many plumbers warn to "only flush toilet paper" to experiment with this, which means throwing these in the garbage. Bad: - In one of the packages, one of the wipes stuck to the others during removal, jamming up the opening of the package. Bottom line: Give the cautions above, these seem to me like an upscale alternative to toilet paper. They would come in very handy when one has a rash, however.
These are a big help when camping and after hikes and bike rides. I use 2 at a time and wash my hands and face with soap and water and it makes me almost feel like I had a shower. I would not flush them though, trash em. The only drawback is they are kinda thin.
Worst wipes in the world. Doesn't come out of package nice, they all stick together and the top breaks often drying out your entire pack. Waste of money.
