The manufacture DOT stamp was burned off the side of the tire in an attempt to hide the build date. However, milestar has a stamp on the inside of the tire that states the build date as : January 2012. They are 7 years old! I would have had no idea except for one little fail safe...... NO one will install a tire over 5 years old around here! If the deal is too good to be true, it always is. Buy at your own risk.
