The product arrived with several scrapes and scratches. Two on corners of the table top, and more on the handle. The scrapes and scratches are about what would be expected after the cart is used in a warehouse environment for a while. .... So, it is basically in "used" condition. If this was a consumer product, it would be returned. Functionally, it works. I will use this to move tools around the shop, and to&from vehicles. And occasionally to move a heavy piece of furniture...

Product performs as advertised and is extremely sturdy. Unfortunately, we discovered, much to our surprise and disappointment, that our daughter simply cannot move herself around on the floor to get positioned on the seat of this lift and we can't help her enough to accomplish that. This is true even on a polished wood floor. We tried to get her on from the side but that does not work. The side approach might work if the seat was tapered on the sides as it is on its front edge. My one-star rating is not on the product so much as this experience over all. The failure is on us. I would be sending this back, but the return window closed in February.

My wife has MS and has no control over one of her legs. She frequently falls when transferring between her scooter to a chair, bed or toilet. I bought this device as a precaution a few years ago but as her condition deteriorates, it has literally been a lifesaver. She is too heavy for me to lift but generally, she can sit up and get on this lift. It takes a bit of arranging to align the lift next to the scooter so she can slide over but we get it done every time. On rare occasions she is unable to get herself into position to get onto the lift and I have had to call EMS to help her get up, but those calls are rare. I have introduced physical therapists and doctors to this device which they do not seem to know about and all are intrigued.

The quality of every component is top notch and well thought out. I am a C6-C7 quadriplegic and almost 59 years old. I have been paralyzed for 36 years so my shoulders are worn out. I used to climb back into my chair when I fell out. Then I found it easier to drag my chair over to my bed and climb into bed. After wear and age caught up to me I needed help but live alone. I found this lift November 2020 and knew it was what I needed. I spoke to the company that builds it and even the inventor. I received my machine in a week but never needed in the first 15 months. So it sat ready to use with a fully charged battery till lastnight when I lost my balance and fell. I have my indeelift next to my bed as at my level of disability it’s easier to transfer from the indeelift to the bed. I had a couple of failed attempts to raise myself without sliding off the seat, till I remembered I had ordered the optional seat belts and they were in a pouch hanging on the indeelift. I clipped them in place and then had no problem lifting myself up the full height (21”s) without my legs pulling me off the seat. My only advice is make sure you order the seat belts. It’s not something you can do later, as it includes brackets built into the indeelift to clip them to. Even if you don’t think you will need them now, you will probably need them one day. If I was the manufacturer, I’d make them standard and raise the price to pay for them. In my case the machine wouldn’t help me independently without them and that was the purpose of this purchase. Simply the best product for independent living for a paralyzed person since the motorized wheelchair . I would have saved a lot of wear on my shoulders if only this wonderful product was available to me 36 years ago. Add the seat belts as standard and I’d give it 10 stars. Thank you, sir.
