I must agree with another reviewer that this is not a "creamer" but more of an "additive". It curdled in my coffee and has a really odd taste. I cannot speak to any of the ingredients, but this is not going in my cabinet. I'm sorry to say that since I cannot return it I will probably just throw it away. I wish I could send it to the reviewer who puts it in her dog's food, and he loves it!

It's not bad in your coffee once you get over the coconut flavor.
I quit dairy, because you gotta wonder what drinking the grief of cows who have had their babies taken from them so you can suckle their essence does to your hormones—probably nothing good. I resisted this wise decision, because I feared life without my flat whites. I am so in love with this oat milk, I wouldn’t put cow’s milk in my coffee again if you paid me. Stop creating a demand for cow suffering, and demand this instead!

I can't say enough good things about it. I suggest ordering the big bulk box of 6 as the pricing is much better. My matcha lattes are more like godly green drinks now with this.
