Sales, a key metric of costs and profits for any business, is the most intuitive and accessible data. With established social media platforms and advertising channels providing detailed insight in regards to website traffic, understanding consumer sentiment--i.e., volume--is one of the more challenging areas to analyze. Volume refers how people express their opinions on our brand's products/services/marketing efforts via various touchpoints; these voices come together as an aggregate that can tell us what consumers need or expect from us – why consumers make purchases with us over others.

The high average rating implies that customers are generally pleased with the polishes they have purchased. This could be attributed to the quality of the products, their effectiveness in achieving the desired results, or the overall customer experience associated with these polishes. Considering the positive customer satisfaction, my advice would be to continue focusing on maintaining the quality of the polishes. Consistency in delivering effective and reliable products will help build trust and loyalty among customers. This will demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and help identify areas for improvement. Overall, the high average rating and significant number of reviews indicate that the polishes in the given category are well-received by customers. By maintaining product quality, encouraging reviews, and addressing customer concerns, the brand can continue to thrive and build a strong reputation in the market.

Make the smartest sales decisions through Buyers Motivation

Making the smartest sales decisions requires understanding and responding to the voice of customer. This can be achieved by leveraging buyer motivation data, conducting competitor analysis, and engaging in thorough product research. Companies should seek to understand customer needs and preferences through surveys and feedback, analyze data from past purchases, and track market trends in order to develop effective pricing strategies. Additionally, businesses must focus on providing value to customers through competitive prices, relevant discounts, quality products, convenient services, and superior customer service. By taking into account buyer motivation and focusing on delivering value, businesses can make informed decisions that will lead to long-term success.

Based on the data provided, it seems that customers are primarily motivated to buy polishes based on the product description. This makes sense, as customers want to know exactly what they are buying and what benefits the product will provide. Additionally, recommendations from friends also play a significant role in motivating customers to purchase polishes, likely due to the trust and credibility that comes with a personal recommendation. Price, on the other hand, appears to be a less important factor in motivating customers to buy polishes. This suggests that customers are willing to pay a premium for a high-quality product that meets their needs and is well-described. To optimize an Amazon listing for polishes, it is important to focus on creating a detailed and informative product description that highlights the benefits of the product and addresses any potential concerns or questions that customers may have. Additionally, leveraging customer reviews and recommendations from friends can help build trust and credibility with potential buyers. Finally, while price may not be the primary motivator for customers, it is still important to ensure that the product is competitively priced and offers good value for the money.

Understand customers need for prioritizing what to build next

Companies should prioritize what to build next by understanding their customers' needs. Amazon review analysis can help businesses better understand customer sentiment, while product research and competitor analysis can give insights into current and upcoming trends in the market. Moreover, customer expectations should be taken into account when developing new products or features. Ultimately, prioritizing what to build next based on an in-depth understanding of customer needs will enable a company to develop successful products that maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

love this scrub and it smells amazing

I used it only one time so far and it instantly made my skin feel hydrated and smooth! I have seasonal skin, where it gets very oily in the summer and extremely dry in the winter (to the point of flaking) so I decided to buy this for the winter months. It very thick and pasty when you put in on but once you work it into your face and create heat it gets creamy and easy to work with… it also does not smell like shea butter but more like lemon, to me at least. :) !

I liked one fine day it really makes the skin soft and fresh
Probably would not purchase this again. It's not much different from other products that exfoliate. While it smells very nice, comes in a beautiful container, and has quality ingredients, I don't know this much benefit from using this. My skin feels clean after exfoliating with this Product, however, there are no moisturizing properties like I had anticipated. My skin just feels neutral when I am finished.
I do not even have to use lotion after my shower. It leave skin smooth, silky and moisturized. The only negative is the jar is only about half full when you get it. Understand settling but by half is a little much.
First of all, I love allll Tatcha items and this is no exception. While I have found that the classic rice Polish works better for my skin as it’s less drying for me, I still like the deep option as well. Lathers nicely, works on its own and great with the cleansing oil, removed oil, makeup and dirt.
