So easy to use: 1 1/2 teaspoon (or 3 1/2-teaspoons to minimize clean-up) with 2 tablespoons of water is 1 egg. TIP: no matter what the recipe says, mix up the required number of "eggs" first before you put anything else in the bowl, it's much easier. Also, it won't work for egg-intense recipes like custard or omelettes.

I bought it and then didn't use it, but then ran out of eggs one day, so gave it a shot, wow, that tasted better in my Oatmeal Cookie recipe than the eggs did, go figure. !
