Sales, a key metric of costs and profits for any business, is the most intuitive and accessible data. With established social media platforms and advertising channels providing detailed insight in regards to website traffic, understanding consumer sentiment--i.e., volume--is one of the more challenging areas to analyze. Volume refers how people express their opinions on our brand's products/services/marketing efforts via various touchpoints; these voices come together as an aggregate that can tell us what consumers need or expect from us – why consumers make purchases with us over others.

Based on the data provided, it seems that the product in question, which falls under the category of Power Steering, has a relatively high customer satisfaction rating. With an average rating of 4.45 out of 5 and a total of 332 reviews, it appears that many customers have had positive experiences with this product. However, it's important to note that this data alone may not provide a complete picture of the product's overall quality or customer satisfaction. It's possible that there are other factors at play, such as the number of reviews that are positive versus negative, or the specific features and benefits that customers are looking for in a power steering product. If you're considering purchasing this product, it may be helpful to read through some of the reviews to get a better sense of what customers are saying. Additionally, you may want to compare this product to others in the same category to see how it stacks up in terms of features, price, and overall value. Overall, while the data suggests that this product has a high level of customer satisfaction, it's always a good idea to do your own research and make an informed decision based on your specific needs and preferences.

Make the smartest sales decisions through Buyers Motivation

Making the smartest sales decisions requires understanding and responding to the voice of customer. This can be achieved by leveraging buyer motivation data, conducting competitor analysis, and engaging in thorough product research. Companies should seek to understand customer needs and preferences through surveys and feedback, analyze data from past purchases, and track market trends in order to develop effective pricing strategies. Gain insight into the judgment of consumers (Top 5) when making purchase decisions, and optimize marketing strategies in a targeted manner.

Based on the data provided, it seems that customers are primarily motivated to buy power steering products based on the product description. This is likely because power steering is a technical product, and customers want to ensure that they are purchasing the right product for their needs. Additionally, the fact that the product is recommended by friends and has a good brand reputation are also important factors, but they are not as significant as the product description. To optimize Amazon listings for power steering products, it is important to focus on creating detailed and accurate product descriptions. This should include information about the product's features, specifications, and compatibility with different vehicles. Additionally, it may be helpful to include customer reviews and ratings to help build trust and credibility with potential buyers. Finally, it is important to ensure that the product is listed in the correct category and that all relevant keywords are included in the listing to improve search visibility.

Understand customers need for prioritizing what to build next

Companies should prioritize what to build next by understanding their customers' needs. Amazon review analysis can help businesses better understand customer sentiment, while product research and competitor analysis can give insights into current and upcoming trends in the market. Moreover, customer expectations should be taken into account when developing new products or features. Ultimately, prioritizing what to build next based on an in-depth understanding of customer needs will enable a company to develop successful products that maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

For example, customers may expect power steering systems that are easy to use, reliable, and provide smooth steering performance. Uncle Bob
2009 Ford Ranger. My steering unit would shudder when turning the steering wheel if at a standstill. I saw this product as a suggested item while shopping for something else, and only because I already knew that LUCAS products are well trusted by mechanics and I've had past experiences with them (at my mechanic's suggestion) I decided to try this out. I took a rubber squeeze bulb (a spare from ear wax removal kit), and fitted a piece of automotive hose cut to reach the near bottom of the fluid reservoir and suctioned most of it's contents. Then replaced the old fluid with this product. Drove less than a couple of miles when I felt the feedback at the steering wheel already smoothing out. The next time I was pulling out of my driveway, I was well pleased to find the turning of the wheels while at a stand still produced no shuddering. So, the results were positive and pretty much immediate and I only used half the bottle. I would recommend this to anyone having issues with steering components before replacing any parts that maybe only in need of conditioning.

I bought this for my brother’s car. It arrived very quickly to my delight. I’ve heard about this great product and highly recommended. Today will be first treatment so thank you for the very quick delivery.
It Did work!Oct. 2019
First thing i noticed was the power steering fluid smell disappeared in on the driver side, I think i used this product just in time because i was not getting no leak under the car but power steering smell. the tire shop looked under the car and pointed out to me the little drip leak is coming from rack pinion. so i added this and the smell is completely gone i havent went back to get it looked at but im thinking a bottom engine water rinse and under the car clean and i should be good to go.
Hoped it would quiet my power steering on my truck. Didn't help and if anything it makes the steering worse when cold.

Great quality product, worked exactly as promised.
This works great on a small or medium leak. However, it only slowed down my leak since it was a major issue (bad pump).
