I have been using for over 6 months to make shirts, sweatshirts and tablet cases. I do not use on a daily basis but maybe about once a month. Great tool to have on hand to make tshirts for you own business instead of hiring someone else to do them. I have yet had to replace the needles or any of the supplies it has came with. If you have the space this is a great cutter to have.

So disappointed. Carriage does not come down! Of course no support on a Saturday. So here I sit with an expensive paper weight! Did I make a mistake with us cutter. If I have to send this back I want my money back! I’ll go with another cutter!
