I've had this calculator for a few years. Last year I noticed that totals it was giving me were not what I was expecting. I checked and double checked, and I was right - the numbers are wrong. How can I continue to use a calculator that does its main function incorrectly? How many projects in the past had errors because I relied on this calculator? Maybe something in memory is throwing things out of whack, but I don't have time to figure that out. I have to get a new one. Reluctant to buy another Sharp product.

Not terribly impressed with the practicality of this paperless calculator. For one thing, there doesn't seem to be a convenient way to clear the scrolling lines. When I need a list of entries I actually need it to be printed... or at least have enough room on the screen for more entries. The visible list is so short as to not be all that helpful.

I was replacing an old calculator same model.
If you are into adding machines (as the accountant in my household is), then you will probably be happy with this machine, with one caveat. This paperless calculator gives you a nice, big keyboard, multiple display lines on the screen, and works as expected. The only problem we had with it is one others seem to have had too: the cord is too short. If you're wanting to use this on your desk or table the cord will not necessarily reach your outlet. That's a problem. If you know you don't need much cord length, go ahead and get this. If you know you need cord length, I'd look elsewhere.
