You won't need any shaving gel as the blades already come surrounded with moisturizer to help get a smooth shave every time. Just run it over warm water for a few seconds and watch the magic begin. It literally leaves my skin so soft. Lightweight handle and cover makes it safe to leave in the shower. Definitely recommend for all skin types as you can replace the blades with different scents. The pink color is just the icing on the cake.

Have been using intuition for awhile. Intuition Plus is only better. Very prompt service.
This razor gives a good shave and is really convenient since you don't have to fumble with shaving cream. However, my main complaint is that long hair will get caught inside the blade and it's impossible to clean once the hair gets tangled with the wires and stuff behind the blade. I never had this problem with regular razors. Another problem is that the soap sometimes cracks as it dries and chunks of it will fall off.
The thing that bothered me is that it is not this subtle pink colour like I had hoped, but instead bright pink with obnoxious polka dots. I think it suits a younger demographic or someone who can enjoy a neon pink polka dot razor in their shower, but for me I was looking for something less abrasively vibrant. Other than that it will work just fine for it's purpose. Once the soap block dissolves around the blade I use conditioner until the razor is not suitable any longer. Or you can refill the cartridge. Long hair will get caught though, but for a routine weekly (or daily) shave, it should be fine. This would not work well for those who do post-winter shaves. Shipping was on time.

I used to think the commercials for this razor were offensive. I mean really, how often is it that a girl can not shave her legs without squirting herself in the face with shaving cream? I broke down and bought it, hoping it would make the process of shaving quicker. I cut my shaving time in half with this. That means a lot when on a time schedule. The razor cut close to the skin, but felt smooth the entire time, then left the skin moisturized afterwards.
I honestly purchased this razor because I loved the design, how chunky it was and easy to hold. I also thought it would be able to shave faster since it was so much bigger than a regular razor. Well, I am extremely disappointed. I paid 10 bucks for it and I wish I could return it now. It does not work that well at all. I loved the idea of having the cream around the razor so you don't need to use gel or shaving cream. But I couldn't get a close shave, at least not for more than 5 minutes. It took me LONGER to shave with this because I had to keep running over the same spots over and over. I do have thick, coarse hair, but the blades are already full of hair that can't be rinsed or taken out. That's after one shave of my legs. I hadn't shaved in about a month because of winter, that's true. But the razor should have been able to get the job done. When I got out of the shower, I noticed my legs had shaved parts and lots of strips of hair still left. I even got back in the shower, wasting more time, and the razor just stopped working. I ran it over and over certain strips of my skin, it wouldn't shave. The rest of my legs that did shave aren't a close shave at all. It was a good design and concept, and I love how it looks. I just wish it'd have worked. I don't think it's right to have to use a different cartridge for every new shave.
I hate shaving. I have long legs and pretty coarse, but blonde, hair. I bought this razor in hopes that it would make shaving more convenient. I don't necessarily care if I get a perfect, smooth shave, just that you can't see the hair. I've had this razor for one week and I have shaved my legs three times (this is a lot for me). It doesn't feel like I'm even shaving, it's so smooth. It took me significantly less time to shave than it normally does. I didn't cut my legs whatsoever, not even around my ankles or knees. It even did a decent job on my underarms. One thing I noticed is that I did not get a very smooth shave. Even after the first shave with the razor when the razor was brand new, it didn't give me a very smooth shave. Honestly though, it's so easy to use and makes the legs look so nice, that I don't really care if it's not perfectly smooth. I go to the beach a lot and like to wear capris, so I just care that you can't see any hair.
I have never had particularly sensitive skin...however with this product I had all sorts of problems. It seemed to irritate my skin on both my legs and underarms. I even tried the aloe cucumber sensitive skin type of head and had no improvement. I think it is poor product design. I experienced several razor burn episodes and nicked my self on 5 different occasions( which I had not done since I was a teen.) This product was horrible and I would recommend that no one buy it!!!
