My doctor did not want me on meds and he recommended red yeast rice. This product that combines CoQ10 is working well. I skipped taking some days ..but it still helped me. I will be more consistent with the 2nd bottle. So, I can see even lower numbers. I also have diabetes and I think it helps to lower overall numbers. My cholesterol, when I finished chemo, was bad on every measurement so I was looking for natural supplements rather than putting even more medicine in my body.
