It is quite possible to overcharge your system...and you will need pro help. Don't fall into...the logic...some is cool...more is colder, right? (my wife was ticked)
I followed the instructions to the letter, and looked up the port location online for my Subaru Impreza. As soon as cool air started flowing I disconnected it and it feels like there's ample extra for the next time. Hard to put a value on keeping cool when it's in the 90s, but surely worth the price. Easy to use and took only a few minutes to restore the ACs functionality!

$35 for a tin of AC Pro is now costing me $1000 for a new AC Compressor and parts. The gauge on the bottle never moved once while I was charging my AC, and when I came to drive it, I got nothing but warm air from the vents. Without knowing, I overcharged my unit, and I live in New Orleans and I am now driving round in August with no AC. Of course, the manufacturer blamed me despite the gauge on their product not working. PLEASE do yourself the favor and spend the extra money on a mechanic to recharge your AC refrigerant. Even if it costs you 10x the price of this crap, is it worth risking the $1000+ bill you'll get if you do overcharge your unit? Avoid it like the plague.

Disclaimer - i consider myself an avid DIY'er Works great, just make sure it's not too hot out, 90F or less is ideal so get up at 6 am to do this if you have to. Also have a good flashlight to keep an eye on the compressor. Also some good work gloves as the can gets ice cold. The gauge isnt perfect so dont try to get it filled to the higher end of the gauges "V", get it in the lower end. Watch the unbiased videos on the internet, as the instructions aren't as copious as needed. It also states to check pressure every 10-15 seconds, this is way to long. i suggest every 2-3 seconds. First go round with the product i adhered to the 10-15 and overcharged my system and had to have it go to the shop. This time, better educated on the system, it worked beautifully. I had temp readings of 70F at the vent while the comp was running, after a fill up of this stuff now reading 25F. My glasses fog as soon as i get out of the car, that's a good thing. 5 stars means perfect product to me, gave it 4 just due to misleading label and instructions. Read the instructions inside the book, its not as easy as the quick 1-2-3 on the label. P.S. the first time around Auto-Zone did refund my money due to the overcharged system.
