We have had this system installed for around 4 months now. We are very impressed with it and would definitely do it over again. The numbers- on our tap water (we have a softener installed) the water reads 237ppm and the filtered water is 32ppm. The install- very simple. It took about an hour give it take. I watched the iSpring YouTube video first to get an idea of the steps and went to work. Very easy, everything was good quality, simple, all pieces (and some extras-included for convenience) were there, and the instructions were clearly written and had good illustrations. And it looks nice and I liked the brushed nickle option to match out sink faucet. The taste- this water is actually good, yes, good. Very surprised that I notice a difference in this and bottled water, but I do. The boyfriend, who was skeptical about the alkaline system decision and if it would matter, actually liked it. He regularly comments on how clear the water is, how he prefers it to bottled and I have even caught him refilling bottles, which he never did before. I know it sound weird to say there is a difference but there is. This water tastes great and is ultra clear. Alkaline water vs. regular RO system- I was skeptical if an affordable home system would actually have benefits and if it would be worth the added cost (admittedly it was not a huge increase). Since I turned 30 I have had pretty annoying persistent heartburn. I feel like that has lessened quite a bit, is this water the reason? I think so, haven’t changed much else day to day. I also like the idea of having some minerals added back to my water and feel good about that decision. In the end, I am glad I went alkaline. Filter cost- first set was included. But a big reason I chose iSpring over my other top pick was price of filters, and frequency. I think the filters were reasonably priced and did not require a lot of maintenance. Customer service- the option of watching a YouTube video was A great resource for a newb installer. I registered the product online, and that was quick and easy. Josh reached out after my purchase to make sure I was happy with the system and if I had any questions. Fortunately we were good and didn’t need his assistance but it was nice to have the check in. The only hiccup came from the amazon warehouse. It was supposed to arrive on a Tuesday but never left the amazon warehouse. I called when it didn’t come and tracking never updated. Amazon was great, made it right and got it out to me ASAP. Amazon customer sercice is usually quite good and this was no exception.

Overall a great high-quality product that processes exceptional water that my family expects. This is the second system I have purchased due to moving and it is more or less the same as it was 5 years ago. However, on this second system, I did receive a damaged part that. I contacted iSpring's support (Nick) via email and they responded first thing the next morning to let me know that a replacement was on its way, no hesitations, no questions asked. I highly recommend the product and I commend the exceptional responsiveness.

Contacted iSpring to be sure of what all I needed to do. iSpring was quick to respond with detailed instructions. So I bought this system in October of 2019. Installed it and immediately was drinking clean water. Changed filters normally. Then summer of 22 it started to act up. I called customer support and spoke to Sean. He sent new parts for free to fix it. When that didn’t work he sent out the rest of the RO unit to replace everything. So I essentially got a new RO unit for free. Replaced it all this weekend and it’s working great again. I’ll continue buying from this company as long as we need RO water. Thanks Sean.

This is my third iSpring system. Love the RO system and the ease of install when you replace the system. The last System I got had a leaky faucet and I had opened the system 3 months after purchase. I had called and left a voicemail and was delighted to get a call back from Michele. Michele asked my problem and said she will ship a replacement faucet. At that time I had not provided any details as to where I bought when I bought, nothing. She genuinely treated me as a great customer and asked me to send the details.
