It works and filters, but the filter is leaking little, black flakes into the water. I'm thinking it might be charcoal...
These fit in with a snap. Perfect for my needs at a great price
After about two weeks the filter can take over 12 hours to filter one filling of water. No amount of shaking, rinsing (either side), or bashing will change the filter flow rate after this point. This ends up being really expensive and borders on false advertising. I'm going to order the non-lead-reduction filters to see if it makes a different, but that kind of defeats one of the main reasons to even use a water filter for many folks. The customer page advertises 2 months per filter, what a joke.
This product did NOT fit the brita as stated. It wouldn’t lock in and left room for the water to pour down around it and not fully filter. Bummed because Amazon basics are usually as good as the real deal but this time it’s worth paying a little extra for the real brita filters :/
Absolute garbage. Water comes through extremely slowly. Could not get though to customer service. Stay away.
