The plastic bag in which they were packed was quite wet. I completed the fastening of the caps. I'd not be averse to one bottle, gratis, to provide for whatever amount of spillage, or better, seepage, that occurred. The cleanser is very good, but you wind up not using all of it because the bottle is designed so you can't remove the top. In one instance, the bottle was dropped and the spray nozzle won't work. So we have a full bottle of cleanser that we can't use. Plus we have a whole bunch of bottles that are probably about 1/4-full and we can't use those either because as the container empties, the spray nozzle loses efficiency. IF we could simply remove the caps and combine bottles, I would give this 5 stars. As it is, I no longer order this product.
