This product used to keep my leg cramps at bay, hydrate me with obvious nutrients and only enough cane sugar to balance the hydration throughout the day and night, and keep me from using the restroom all the time. The last two orders were not the same at all; it dissolved too fast, tasted and smelled like there were no nutrients/supplements in it, too sweet, did not hydrate and legs cramping every night. I wrote to the company, and they say the formate doesn't change, and that was it. Very poor customer service. I am sooo sad about this. I referred my CMT, nurses and friends to this last summer when it was the most awesome product.
I actually love the product and I buy the Lemon Lime in the largest possible size, 244 packets. On my last order, 2 of the packets were basically empty. I emailed customer service, and they never responded. I had a separate question months ago and they never responded. I give the product 5 stars but the company 0.
