I originally found this item years ago; I was looking for a non-salt because I had edema and high blood pressure. I have tried numerous non-salt items and this is the best tasting one I have found. Does not work that well when used for baking, I use sea salt for that. I use to buy this item at Winn-Dixie but they stopped selling it. I am so glad I found it at Amazon
