Awesome product Just used it once I used the same recipe i use for my banana bread but just decreased the time as it’s a smaller version I did greased it lightly with melted butter for easy removal of the breads. It’s a great product yo make multiple options.
Wish this had 4 cavities instead of 8 - so the loaves would be longer (not fatter). Would love to be able to make mini-rye breads to use for mini Reuben sandwiches... like the kind of loaves that Pepperidge Farm used to have (but they've discontinued making them - or they're just not available in my area).
