I needed a small enough tool cart for my shop and the dimensions on this work for me. I will use it for my smaller hand tools and several lighter weight items. This cart will allow tools to be moved between two work tables and keeps small items off those work tables The metal is on the thinner side but looks to be sturdy enough for my needs. No sharp edges. The manual stops after showing how to put on the 2 shelves, but not the top shelf and the wheels. For the person saying that it was missing two screws (which is what I assumed at first), the two longer screws are the ones you need, to attach the handle and the sides to the top shelf. I felt the same when I ended up with only 6 more screws (needing 8), until I realized that was what the two longer ones were for. The wheels were a different thing. I wish it had come with 4 swiveling wheels, not just 2, so I might replace that at some point. The photo shows the end of the screw sticking out through the bottom shelf. I decided to do it reverse, so that part is sticking out under the cart/wheels. Makes more sense to me. It was a bit puzzling where to put the locking washer and regular washer, so I did screw, locking washer, push through shelf of cart, regular washer, wheel and then locking cap. I don't think it will matter all that much. I put the two swiveling wheels on the small end of the cart, same side as the handle, as that seems to give the most maneuverability. Two of the end caps were mis-threaded and could not be used (so 2 wheels only have 3 screws). Although you can assemble this by yourself, it is easier to have a second person to hold the shelves in place until they are screwed in.
