Better than I expected. It makes several snow cones very fast. The ice is crushed well. Very durable. I was able to serve a party of kiddos in no time. We used the Hawaiian syrup and it was wonderful.

Got this for my sons first birthday party. I turned on machine and turned around and there were 40 kids in line behind me! Machine is very quick and sturdy. I went from 40 kids to 0 in 20 minutes! Perfect for pool parties and cookout. Very happy with purchase!

We purchased two of these units for our bounce house and concession rental company in central Missouri. The product is NOT a huge high-capacity commercial unit but for basic residential use, it's fantastic. You fill the basin on top of the unit with ice and it makes enough for about 4 snow cones. It took me 20 minutes to assemble with the screwdriver and tools that were included. The replacement blade is handy too, even though we haven't needed it yet. My only complaint: You HAVE to "thaw" the ice a little before you use it, otherwise the unit can't keep up and it doesn't crush that easily. What I advise my customers to do it put a bowl of ice in the microwave for about 1 minute and then it's fine, it's starts melting but doesn't actually melt. The other idea is to buy a 7lb bag of ice and just let it sit outside for a half hour before you actually use the ice to make snow cones. Honestly for the price, this is not that big of a deal. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a good, basic machine. We also own the Nostalgia brand popcorn and snow cone carts too....all perform wonderfully.

I recommend this snow cone machine 100% this is my second one the first one I had it for two years then my husband try to replace the blade and he twisted the wrong way so he broke it so I decided to order another one hopefully he remembers how to replace it later on in the year but I'm ready to order another one because the kids and family love it
