It's just a big bucket of lard, like you'd buy by the pound in a store. I love the fact that it's not adulterated with other additives or hydrogenated lard like some other brands. It's pure, clean lard and makes my homemade french fries taste sooo much better. It's worth every penny and helps my daughter get in the necessary fats for keto diet. It's even organic, if that's your thing (not mine). The Sulu company is an organic company. You really can't go wrong with this.
